The space
Modern kitchen updated for comfort and convenience, large bathtub/jacuzzi to relax & unwind (serves as bathtub only - no motor jets), king size bed, queen size bed, and a sofa bed, hot tub.
This is a 1st level rental. No access to the 2nd level.

Outdoor kitchen has a ceramic Kamado-style charcoal grill and a side gas burner.

Other things to note
Property has an attached in-laws quarter with independent entrance that is rented long-term. It is a separate, private area not accessible through the house with no common spaces.

Please note that the large indoor tub/jacuzzi is only used as a bathtub - no motor jets.
