This was a very nice condo with a beautiful view of the beach. Reasonably priced for this time of the year and great communication from start to finish with the host. I would highly recommend this condo for a rental and would definitely stay there again!!!

The place was beautiful, great view from livingroom and master bedroom. The balcony was huge with amazing overlook from Pineapple Willy to the pier.Two amazing pools, one is half cover and half not. Which helps if you have a red headed son Loved the wrist bands, way better than the hard plastic event type

Amazing stay!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect! We were able to check in a day earlier than we had planned with no problems at all. The owner was wonderful! The unit was nice and clean and very welcoming. We will definitely be staying there again in the future!

Our family enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. A few tips: the towels and wash cloths were very coarse; if you want a softer towel you would need to bring your own.The water in the guest bedroom shower never got more than lukewarm (but the master bath had great hot water).Parking was very limited under the building but there was always plenty of open space in the additional garage across the street, accessible by an enclosed pedestrian bridge. The beach was very clean!We found the pools to be small, considering the amount of units in the condo building. The balcony is very spacious and is shaded almost all day.We would stay here again.

We were not aware that the AC was not to go below 70 which was still hot for 2 of our family members, especially after being on beach all day. The washer and dryer had issues all week until a new one was installed the day before we left. There are not any dressers in either bedroom so clothes either stayed packed or laid on the floor. The host communicated well which we appreciated. Beautiful beach view from balcony.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful beach view and appreciated our communication during your stay. We do ask guests to keep the AC at 70 or above to help prevent the system from freezing up, which can unfortunately happen when these units are set too low in the Florida heat. We’re sorry for the inconvenience with the washer and dryer. We had technicians out to address the issue, and once it was determined that repairing the unit would not be cost effective, we replaced the entire washer and dryer the very next day. We appreciate the feedback regarding dresser space as well. We work hard to respond quickly when issues arise and do everything we reasonably can to make our guests’ stays enjoyable.

Beautiful view from awesome balcony. Clean and spacious!

Spacious, plenty of seating and a table to enjoy dinner with a view! Pools were clean, elevators all worked and never had much of a wait. Kenny was a great host, quick to respond. Rules were simple, no issues getting in. Description of the room and pictures were extremely accurate! Well maintained, would definitely come back. Walking distance to a few restaurants and shops, got coffee and donuts from Sunrise across street. Went to both beach stores almost daily.

This condo was great! We had a great family vacation. I really appreciated the guest room having two beds. It's hard to find a condo in this area that has 2 separate beds that are not bunk beds or sleeper sofa. When you have two teens, a bunk bed isn't really an option and let's be real- no sleeper sofa is comfortable, ever. The bed in master room was comfy. Beautiful views. Beach not too crowded- even on a holiday weekend. The only thing I would advise is to be sure you have exact amount for parking pass because they didn't have change for a 20 bill (how parking is 50 and they didn't have any 10s, I do not know). The condo was clean. Everyone was very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Kenny is a great host. Responds quickly and is very helpful. I could spend all day on the balcony. The location is perfect, and within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. My only complaint (which isn’t even a complaint, just a preference) is that there isn’t any dresser storage or hangers to unpack for your stay.
