We absolutely loved our entire experience at this home. The hosts were amazing and thought of everything we would need. They even included a gift for us. The home was clean and beautiful and all the amenities we needed were thought of. The concierge was extremely helpful and made our check-in and check-out very easy. We loved the location, the pool and hot tub, the golf cart, and even a cooler for us to take to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

This house was even better than the pictures! The home is super nice, and the neighborhood has lots to offer too! I couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Also, the concierge, Ruthie, was absolutely incredible! Having her as a contact for anything and everything really sets this property head and shoulders above anywhere else we've stayed previously in 30A.

This is one of the loveliest homes we have ever stayed at! A wonderful location, and perfect for our group of 6. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed for the meals we ate in, and plenty of room. The dining room was not only great for meals - it doubled as a workspace when anyone had to check in at work. The master bedroom was huge, as was the bathroom and closet. So nice to be able to spread out our stuff. And it was located in the rear of the house, providing wonderful quiet and privacy. The pool and hot tub were big hits and were used several times a day, and the huge beach towels made our water fun easy to enjoy. The kids loved the pool basketball and volleyball nets, and it kept them very busy. Having bikes was great because it gave us a chance to explore the community, which is also lovely. Communication with our host was excellent, before and during our visit. And we even had a wonderful in-person "check-in" when we arrived to be sure we didn't have any questions, and to give recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit! The golf cart gave us easy access to beaches, restaurants and shopping. It was a fantastic week. Many thanks to our hosts for making this a trip to remember!

Thank you for your stay. We take pride in providing a clean, well-maintained home, and our local concierge personally welcomed the family, reviewed the home and parking guidelines, and remained available throughout their visit. The alarm was briefly triggered upon arrival and promptly disarmed. Later, a golf cart used by a member of the group was towed by local authorities after being parked partially in the roadway. Community parking regulations are managed and enforced locally. No concerns regarding the home, amenities, or service were communicated during the stay. We value our guests’ experience and are always available to assist throughout their visit.
