The home sleeps up to 8 guests and works beautifully for family beach trips, two-family stays, late-summer weekends, fall coastal getaways, Schellville visits, festival weekends, and relaxed off-season escapes.

Spend your days at the beach, boardwalk, Funland, outlet shopping, local restaurants, Jungle Jim’s Waterpark, Schellville, or Dewey nightlife, then come back to a bright sunroom, private patio, gas grill, outdoor shower, 9’ shuffleboard table, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, family board games, bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach gear, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Location

Reho Retreat is directly between Rehoboth and Dewey, giving you easy access to both beach towns while still staying in a quiet, comfortable community.

Guests love the convenient back route to downtown Rehoboth, which helps avoid Route 1 traffic almost entirely. Biking to downtown Rehoboth is possible using the back way without crossing Route 1, and there is a bike rack just steps from the back patio.

Nearby favorites include Big Fish Grill, Jungle Jim’s Waterpark, Fractured Prune Donuts, outlet shopping, Schellville, the Rehoboth Boardwalk, Funland, local restaurants, shops, and beach attractions.

The home comfortably sleeps 6 in bedrooms, with room for up to 8 using the queen sleeper sofa. The layout is great for families, two families traveling together, and relaxed group getaways.

Outdoor Living & Beach Gear

The private patio is perfect for morning coffee, grilling, easy outdoor meals, or relaxing after a beach or pool day. Enjoy comfortable lounge seating, a 4-seat outdoor dining table, gas grill, and outdoor shower.

We provide four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, a cooler, and complimentary beach towels for guest use. These are personal household items we are happy to share, and we simply ask that they be treated with care and returned to the home after use.

Indoor Comfort & Entertainment

Inside, Reho Retreat has a bright sunroom, comfortable living spaces, high-speed WiFi, central heat and air conditioning, and Smart TVs in the living room, king bedroom, and queen bedroom.

Enjoy the 9’ shuffleboard table, family board games, books, and space to unwind after the beach. The sunroom is one of our favorite spots for morning coffee, reading, or quiet downtime.

Please note: The wood-burning fireplace is decorative only and is not available for guest use.

Community Features

Guests enjoy access to the seasonal shared community pool, usually open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, weather permitting. The community also offers a tennis/pickleball court, beautifully maintained grounds, two assigned parking spaces, and additional guest parking spaces.

The pool/tennis court key fob is provided during your stay.

Please note: The community pool does not have a lifeguard. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

We use our home personally, so it is stocked with comfort and convenience in mind. Feel free to use what is there. We simply ask that guests treat the home and items with care.

After Booking

You will receive check-in instructions, parking details, community guidelines, house information, and our favorite local restaurants and activities. Your front door code will be sent on the day of check-in.

Security Disclosure

For guest and property security, there is an exterior Ring doorbell camera located to the right side of the front door. The camera faces the exterior front entry area only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

Please Note

No parties or events.
Primary renter must be 25 years or older and must stay at the property for the full reservation.
We do not accommodate high school, senior week, college, or party groups.
This home is located in a quiet residential community with many full-time residents. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm–8am.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
No pets permitted.
Two-night minimum stays are welcomed most of the year, with some holiday and peak-season exceptions.
