Guest access:
Guests will have access to 3 pools and a tennis court within the community. Access to the pools and tennis court will be via keycard located in the condo. ($50 fee for lost card)

Loved it!

The place was just as describe. Very very clean! You could smell clean as soon as you walk in!! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked with plates and cookware. The pool was fantastic! Anyone who decides to stay here will not be disappointed. My kids loved the loft!! Great vacation!

Great Place

This condo is in the perfect location to get in and out of the Rehoboth boardwalk area. Very quiet neighborhood and close to the pool. Michele was very helpful taking care of everything we needed to make for a great stay!

Lovely beach getaway

I booked this for my family for a few days and it was lovely. Loved having the options of a pool or beach. We were there during the week but the pool had plenty of lounge chairs and wasn’t that busy (lots of families). Two family members used the tennis courts every day. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of places nearby to eat. Easy drive to the beach. Spent the mornings on the balcony drinking coffee while we waited for the teens to wake up. Overall the perfect place for a family beach getaway!

Great location and plenty of space!

This property is a short drive to Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. The balcony was great and overlooked a beautiful green yard with trees. There was plenty of space for our family to relax in the living room and kitchen. The only negative was that the status of the cleanliness could have been better.

Quiet Excellence

The neighborhood and condo were quiet and 6 minutes from the beach and minutes from 3 outlet sites and many great restaurants! My family and I enjoyed the area and the awesome light that comes into the condo.

Highly recommend this VRBO - Michele was always a quick reply away for any questions, the unit was fun, bright and cheery and well located to town and or the beaches.

Michele was highly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Location of the condo gave us a perfect blend of beach and pool. Also able to get to many hidden Rehoboth treasures we didn’t get to see on our last trip in 2016. We loved our stay and all agree one of the best trips that will be a true favorite❤️

Very convenient family friendly place

Overall we had a great time. The apartment was as expected. It should be noted that the upstairs room is an open one, meaning that you can easily hear what happens in the living room, including seeing any lights that are on downstairs. The place had a good selection of toys for children, the kitchen very well equiped. Beach options are 5’ away by car. We recommend it!

Location was close to both Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach (3min drive). Quiet neighborhood. Great for morning walks/runs.

Perfect!!!!

Put the request in to rent Michele's condo with short notice(im a procrastinator) but Michele was prompt, professional and just about the best host one could ask for. The condo was well appointed, immaculate and very reasonably priced. Michele and I had some communication during the weekend and she was very responsive and courteous. I have stayed in many vrbo places and I was very very happy with this condo. Thank you Michele!!!
