📝 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE We take immense pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for your stay. The home is professionally cleaned and well maintained. Minor signs of age may be present since this is a well loved home rather than a hotel style property. If anything needs attention, we will address it promptly to ensure a stress free visit. We kindly ask that you treat the home as your own. Guests are responsible for any damages or loss, which should be reported immediately.
• Unit 5 Cameras: Exterior cameras are installed above the front door overlooking the entrance, and above the back door facing the outdoor chairs. • Unit 6 Cameras: Exterior cameras are installed above the front door, and at the back of the unit. They record 24 hours a day for your absolute safety.
⚠️ HOUSE RULES • Please do not unplug any electronics that are currently connected. Unplugging devices may result in a 100 dollar fee. • Strictly no parties or events. • Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. • Strictly no smoking. • Kindly keep noise and activity friendly to the neighbors. • No pets allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a 200 dollar penalty fee to cover professional cleaning. 🚫🐾 • Visitors are welcome but only with prior notice and host approval.

📋 POLICIES • Early Check In: We will do our absolute best to accommodate! Same day requests depend on our cleaning team. For future stays, the only guaranteed option is booking the prior night if available. • Luggage Drop: We are happy to allow a luggage drop with prior host approval. • Late Check Out: Let us know by the day before, and we will do our best to accommodate until 12 PM. To guarantee a late check out, the following night must be booked. Unapproved late check outs may incur a 50 dollar per hour fee, and checking out at 12 PM or later will be considered an extra night of stay. • Package Delivery: We cannot guarantee safe or timely receipt of packages sent to the home. We highly recommend using a local pick up location. • Third Party Bookings: We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else. • Mail Back Service: If you forget something, we can mail it back for a 50 dollar fee as long as it is not an oversized item. • Cancellation: To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours before check in.
