Very cute house close to the boardwalk in Seaside. Definitely only for groups who can easily use stairs!!!The host was super helpful and easy to communicate with.

Overall, the place was exactly as pictured! Beautiful and clean. Hot tub was clean as well! Communication prior to check-in it was a breeze. I would say it’s not truly an ocean view, but you can still see it from the top deck during the daylight. However, at night sitting in the hot tub, you can hear it, which is just as peaceful. If we ever come back we would gladly stay here again.

Close to the (not crowded end of the) beach. Can walk barefoot from house to where you want to beach bonfire or play- past 5 or so houses. Short walk to Broadway and aquarium on way. 3 people is max in artist unit. Bring your own washcloths. Can see a little bit of ocean from upper deck where kitchen and living room are. 8 beach chairs provided. 6 turkish beach blankets provided. Cute little doggie welcomeBasket with bed and bowls (one collapsible for beach) and towel and blanket.

This place was perfect. We came to the coast to celebrate our daughter turning 17 and brought a couple of her friends as well. The art studio was fantastic as it gave our daughter and her buddies privacy, while also keeping them close. Great location, SO clean and David was so responsive to all of my questions. Such a great place!! Thank you!

This property was excellent for a group of 8 adults who are a bit flexible with their sleeping arrangements and accessibility - we were 3 couples and 2 single people. The first floor of the primary house is where three of the bedrooms are - two rooms with queen beds, one of which has an ensuite bathroom; and one with the two sets of bunkbeds.The third bedroom with a queen bed is actually the loft in the detached "artist studio" which is accessed via a ladder that is quite steep. This artist studio has one of the 3 bathrooms on its first floor.The open floor plan of the upper floor of the primary house is the common area - Kitchen/Dining/Living with a very large deck - this was spectacular because it affords this property with views of the ocean from this upper level!

Absolutely love this house and will be back. The set up (which I didn’t fully understand until we arrived) is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level with an outside deck with chairs, hot tub, and entrance to the ADU which has a queen bedroom loft (up a ladder,) and a futon on the main level with a kitchenette counter and bathroom. Upstairs in the main house has a living room and kitchen with an additional deck with dining table, fire pit and chairs, and bbq grill. These spaces worked wonderfully for us and our older kids. One of the house bedrooms has 2 twin bunk beds that would work great for younger kids as well. The house is clean and modern with simple furnishings and fresh decor. Location is ideal with a more private area of the beach down a short trail through the beach grass and a short walk down the promenade or city streets to restaurants shops and other fun stuff. We enjoyed the very nice hot tub but found it took 3 of us to get the cover back on after using, so take care if hot tubbing without backup. There are other rentals on the street too if trying to coordinate a multi family or sports team trip. The driveway is a bit steep and turns at the top, so if you have large cars like we do you may only fit 2, but that worked for us. There is no street parking nearby. Again, love this house, amenities and location and will be back.

Our family stayed for a week in July and loved the accommodations. It's proximity to the ocean was fantastic. The house has a nice 2nd story deck from which you can see (and hear!) the ocean. The fire pit on the deck was a nice location for making s'mores. Thank you David for being a kind and responsive host!
