Just a stone's throw from the beach (5 to 7 minutes) and the port of Saint Laurent. Located in an area close to the shops (100 m), the beach (600 m) and the port (1 km), and close to the famous Cap 3000 shopping centre. Fully equipped. Car not required, close to the SNCF station and bus stops, you can easily visit NICE, CAGNES SUR MER, ANTIBES, CANNES, GRASSE or VENCE etc... Good access to all amenities Private garden available. Transport Situated 10 minutes by car from the airport (15 minutes by bus); Numerous bus routes (all directions) and the SCNF train station are within 5 minutes' walk.
