Thank you for your stay. This is one for the newer buildings on the Grand Strand. Built in 2007. The management does a great job maintaining the building, the pools and the garage as well as the surrounding areas. Please let me know of any specific feedback in potential improvement and I will forward that to them. Hope to see you again in the near future.

Everything was as listed as expected. When communication with owner was needed she replied within a timely manner and was excellent with her correspondence. Beach access was great, I do wish the property had bigger pools but otherwise stay was great!

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach and incredibly close to local attractions, dining, and the airport. The unit itself was clean, beautifully furnished, and cozy, with great amenities like the in-unit washer and dryer, all the kitchen items you could need and the little extras that made it all the more perfect! For it being an event weekend, we didn't hear anything from outside or our neighbors. As for the resort, we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub areas and the lazy river was fun. Elevators and parking garage were conveniently located. Elena was a fantastic and responsive host, making sure we had all the check-in details upfront and quickly answering our questions during our stay. Everything was seamless and exactly as described. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Everything about our stay was great! The location of the condo is right on the beach, which was amazing. Just a quick elevator ride down and walk to the water. The condo was clean and just what we needed for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and our oldest son (13) said the couch (that he slept on) was “peak” (in Gen. Alpha language, that means good). The pools were also a huge hit - the lazy river is more like a “rushing river”, but there are tubes provided so you can relax as you fast float. The only thing we noticed is that the paint on the balcony is chipping and we would sometimes track it into the condo because it was stuck to our feet, but that didn’t detract from the overall experience. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!

This was our 4th year coming to Myrtle as we have been coming since our oldest daughter was 7 months old. Upon arrival, during check in, the host had not sent over the check in info to the check in desk and they were hesitant to hand over key cards and pool bands, but did after I showed all my proof of purchase, paid in full, etc. I tried to contact the host both via thru text and phone. Thankfully, we were not delayed to getting into our room, I know everyone’s cleanliness is different but we noticed all the dishes were still wet from being unloaded out of the dishwasher so we rewatched everything we used. Ceiling light fixtures need cleaned, exhaust fan vents need cleaned, only left with one roll of TP and paper towels, no extra trash bags, no dish soap (just Dawn Powerwash), living room tv outdated and old (needs replaced with a newer smart tv) and tv remote was disgusting with battery door missing. Coffee table needed cleaned.Couch in living area also needs cleaned underneath. We also feel that the bedroom carpet needs either replaced or shampooed. Pros were the views from condo, comfy and clean beds. All in all, in could definitely be worse, but definitely could be better. We enjoyed our stay and the pools and had no other issues or complaints as it was our 3rd time staying in this building. Having a false alarm fire drill was a first for me as well one of the days! Thank you. Doesn’t hesitate to book this room as it is a true oceanfront room, great for a single family!

Hosting allows me to share one of my favorite places with others. There’s something special about watching guests arrive excited and leave refreshed. My goal is simple: I want you to feel like you found your own beach retreat.

I chose this location because it offers the perfect balance of relaxation and energy. You’re right on the beach, steps from the sand, yet just minutes from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping.

What I love most is how easy everything is. You can spend the morning listening to the waves from the balcony, float in the lazy river in the afternoon, and enjoy dinner or live music in the evening — all without needing to drive far.

It’s lively when you want it to be, peaceful when you need it to be, and always centered around that beautiful ocean view.
