Nice condo,nice location!

Nice property, located close to Old Towne. Unit worked well for my family, myself ,husband and two daughters. Small items need to address but not sure where to leave the list. Bathroom shower handle was stripped and needs to be replaced, leaky faucet in the bathroom as well. Along with minor things such as the remotes needing batteries and the outside light on the patio needing to be replaced, we used the last light bulb. Overall none of this tampered with our stay and would definitely return!

Not as expected

!We waited 30 minutes to get in as it wasn't clear it was an elock and we had no idea, even when we called, that that was what we needed to use. The back bedroom was veey dirty, behind the blinds, the floor. The window did not lock and rattled all night. The blinds in the living area had some missing and the patio light didn't work so we could never sit outside at night. There was a keurig coffee pot but only decaf pods so we had no regular in the morning. We brought our own filters and coffee for a regular coffee pot but couldn't use them. If you offer only a keurig then you should also offer pods of various kinds to enjoy. I expressed all these things to management the first night but no one did anything. I expressed it again as we left and while they were very nice and felt bad and would pass it on, I have not heard from anyone about any of it. I would not stay with a Vacasa run place again.
