Spend time with your favorite people in the open-concept interior, amidst comfortable furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, and a pleasant color palette. Rest assured that with the soft linens and hints of tropic living available in both bedrooms, everyone is guaranteed a good night's rest. Additional interior perks include a newly renovated main bathroom, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

Outside, enjoy California's gorgeous weather from the comfort of the private patio - equipped with a gas grill. Or, during a dip in the turquoise waters of the property's pool. Within 15 miles of your retreat, you can explore Civic Center Park, The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, and Escena Golf Club.

Home in the desert

We only had problems with the noise of the highway drivers at night, but everything else was nice. This little house is located in a very nice spot; so near to El Paseo! The sun is always present at the house, and the views of the mountains is something else.

Cons: Our issues were mostly with the property management service, not the property itself. The management service was transferred to new ownership on the 1st day of our rental. Neither the new or prior management company contacted us with the details to enter the property. I needed to make several calls to finally connect with a person who could help. The combo lock instructions were wrong. Property: floors were not clean; kitchen was not well stocked with cooking pots, pans, tools; trash dumpster was not emptied and was overflowing; Rt 74 can be busy/loud. Pros: Great location near El Paseo & Shadow Mountain neighborhood; comfortable furnishings; Smart TVs; amazing views of the mountain; heated pool. Property was accurately shown online, which is very important. Bottom line: All in all, I would rent the property again for the price point.

El Paseo rental

The condo was clean and well kept. Location can’t be beat. There’s hiking trails in the neighborhood behind and walking distance to Gardens on El Paseo. I was here for a work trip and the condo provided a great place to relax at the end of the day. The location is a bit tricky to find at night. We had trouble locating it in the dark, the numbers aren’t very visible, but once we knew where it was we were good. The bedrooms are very close to the main road so you do hear traffic noise but not enough to stay awake at night. Overall this was a great place to stay in Palm Desert.
