This unit was ok. The bedrooms and out door sitting areas were next to the road adjacent to a roundabout, so it was loud and headlights shined in at night. It got chilly at night and there was no heat in the unit. When contacting vacasa, they were not familiar with the unit. They had to research and we were told there were space heaters. We located one in a closet, and an empty box in the master bedroom closet. The smoke detector went off one morning and we had ro call to have the battery replaced since we were unable to locate one.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry parts of your stay didn’t meet expectations. Space heaters were available, and the HOA heat pumps are now fully activated. The listing reflects the unit’s proximity to the road, and the smoke detector battery was replaced promptly during your stay. We appreciate your input and hope to host you again under more comfortable circumstances.
