Hi! I’m Laura, your host. I’m a New Jersey native and now live in Phoenix with my husband/ co-host, Mark. Together we enjoy traveling, hosting, and creating spaces where people can relax and feel at home.

I’m a professional photographer and small business owner, which has made me very detail-oriented when it comes to creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for guests. Mark and I both love meeting people from different places and sharing our favorite spots around Phoenix.

When we’re not hosting, you’ll usually find us exploring new restaurants, traveling, spending time outdoors, or working on new projects around our home. We’re always happy to help with recommendations for things to do in the area—whether that’s restaurants, hiking, events at State Farm Stadium, or local attractions.

Our goal is simple: to provide a clean, comfortable, and relaxing space where you can enjoy your time in Phoenix. We’re always available if you need anything during your stay.

We chose this neighborhood because of how convenient and central it is. It’s located just minutes from Westgate Entertainment District and State Farm Stadium, which makes it perfect for guests visiting for NFL games, concerts, events, or simply exploring the area.

One of the things we enjoy most about this neighborhood is that you can easily access some of Phoenix’s best entertainment, restaurants, and shopping within a short drive, while still having a peaceful place to come back and relax at the end of the day.

Westgate offers great dining options, nightlife, and entertainment, and Tanger Outlets is nearby for shopping. The location also provides easy freeway access, making it simple to explore other parts of the Phoenix area.
It’s a great balance between convenience, entertainment, and a comfortable neighborhood feel—one of the reasons we love hosting guests here.

The home features a large private backyard with a spacious pool, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the Arizona sun.

Another unique feature is that the property includes a separate studio unit located within the same dwelling (in the converted garage area). The studio is listed separately on Airbnb and can be booked together with the main home when available, allowing larger groups to stay close to each other while still having their own private spaces.
