No diving is permitted.

No rocks or small objects are allowed in the pool (can damage the cleaner).

Please do not adjust pool settings or touch the pool cleaner — it remains in the pool at all times.

Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area.

Pets

Pets are welcome with a non‑refundable deposit of $120.

Guests must pick up pet waste during their stay.

The house was very clean in a nice & safe neighborhood. We walked every day in the quiet neighborhood. Very easy to get to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay in this home.

Good location for us to get downtown and to family in the Sun City area. Westgate is close by with good restaurants and activities.

Beautiful home away from home

My friends and I stayed at this home for Decadence. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, we enjoyed during the day laying outside by the pool. It is a quiet neighborhood. It was very easy to text the host and get a response as well as the check in and check out instructions were easy to follow.

Weekend get away

The home was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. The listing was accurate with comfortable beds and a wonderful pool. Owner was helpful and very responsive. I had to change our reservation and she was very accommodating. We will be back! Stu and Amy.

A Pleasant Experience

Nice House

My husband, two teenagers & myself stayed here for Spring Break. The house has been recently updated and the inside of the is quite nice. The pool area is fine, but lacks aesthetic. The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located.

Great location and time spent for NASCAR Championship

My son, 11 yrs old, and I had a fantastic time staying at this property. It was a great location only a quick 20 minutes to the speedway. It was roomy, comfortable, and clean. It was nice having the garage available. Although we didn’t have time to be in pool, we totally would’ve taken a swim. And this was the easiest check out process I’ve had for a VRBO.

Break from The Snow

Came down from Alaska to visit family. The house was beautiful. Any questions we had were answered quickly by Monica. Even though the weather was cool by Az. Standards we had a great time at the pool. We will stay here again.

Spring Training Weekend

House was 10 min from Camelback Ranch. Made it convenient to drive to the games. Home close to Westgate and shopping areas. Home clean and modern. We were 6 adults and it was a good size for us. Look forward to reserving this property again.

Garden Lakes Paradise

The house was a just the right size and furnished beautifully. Relaxing backyard with pool. Home is very comfortable. Well-furnished kitchen where you can cook and still be part of the rest of the family. Loved the washer dryer and the garage being able to park inside. The neighborhood is by everything: shopping, restaurants and freeways. A jewel that made my stay perfect. Thank you.

The home is only 30 minutes from Scottsdale and Camelback Mountain for hiking. The pool in new and heated throughout the year. This home is perfect for families or couples as it has all the accommodations you will need for a wonderful stay.
