Excellent communication by host, all questions were answered promptly. The apartment is beautiful, in a quiet setting not far from the Fitzsteinalm lift. WIFI is a little spotty, could do with an extender, but not a big issue in my opinion. Loved it!

Een stukje paradijs op aarde!

De woning is mooi, netjes en mooi gelegen. Wij hadden met 3 volwassenen meer dan ruimte genoeg en met 2 badkamers, 3 toiletten en goede bedden ontbreekt er niets om het lichaam te verzorgen. Met een vaatwasser en een wasmachine ben je van alle gemakken voorzien. Midden tussen de bergen, dus een fantastisch uitzicht. Zeker een aanrader.

Mooie woning op een rustige locatie

Mooie ruime woning, netjes en proper Alles is voorhanden. Communicatie met de eigenaar loopt zeer vlot en snel. Er is veel mogelijk. De vakantiewoning bestaat uit 3 appartementen. Wij hadden appartement Felix. De foto’s die vertoond worden horen bij een ander appartement in dit vakantiehuis. Belangrijk om mee te geven is dat appartement Felix de benedenverdieping en kelder omvat. Slaapkamers zijn ondergronds. Voordeel is dat ze op deze manier lekker koel blijven. Nadeel is geen uitzicht. De locatie is heel mooi, in de zomer zeer rustig. De Gerlospas is in de zomer betalend, neem hier direct een 8 dagen kaart, dat is de goedkoopste oplossing en zo kan je steeds alle kanten op.

Sehr schöne, sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung, Haus leider zunächst schwer zu finden (die Info "Filzsteinalm" fehlte). direkte Umgebung nicht so schön (im Sommer totes Skigebiet, sehr dichte Bebauung, kaum Infrastruktur), weitere Umgebung sehr schön, viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten

Das Objekt liegt zentral in Hochkrimml und alles ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Besonders gefallen hat uns die sehr schöne Wohnküche im Erdgeschoss sowie die in die Wohnung integrierte Sauna.

Unterkunft und Lage war alles stimmig für einen Skiurlaub. Lift gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist so gestaltet, dass man gemeinsam etwas machen kann und sich bei Bedarf zurückziehen kann. Schöner Blick aus dem Fenster / Terrasse. Passte alles, vielen Dank.
