Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
At checkout, please put your dirty towels in the bathtub and strip any used beds and you may just leave the sheets on the floor. Please take all the trash out and take it up to the dumpster.
Please turn all the lights off and the owner will let you know what to set the temperature at and please lock the door when you leave. Thank you.

The communication from Melinda, the host, was superb. The condo was very clean, beds were comfy, shower water pressure was strong. It's a super cute place to stay right on the water with a great view. Club house pool was a good time as well. We highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

The view from the deck is absolutely epic. The neighborhood is very safe. You can walk, run or ride your bike. The property has a beautiful swimming pool right on the main channel where you can watch all the fast boats go by!!!!

What makes this property unique

What makes our condo so unique is it is updated and the decorating is modern. The beds are very comfortable. Morning coffee on the porch….Nothing beats it…. The lake view is exquisite.
