Vacation Home 51a in the vacation village features three comfortable rooms and can accommodate four people.

Semi-detached house No. 51a in the vacation village is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Spanning approximately 63 m² over two levels, it features a living room with an integrated kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a south-facing terrace. The beach is about 350 meters away.

A TV and CD player are, of course, included in the living room. During the colder months, you can also enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace with mulled wine and punch. You can step directly onto the south-facing terrace from the living room of this vacation home. Enjoy the afternoon sun!

The kitchenette is integrated into the living area and includes a dishwasher, an oven with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a microwave.

For sleeping arrangements, one bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and the second bedroom has two single beds (each 90 x 190 cm). A crib with a mattress is also provided. In this semi-detached house, guests have access to a shower room and a large bathroom with a bathtub. A washing machine is also available here.
The living room and bedrooms in this vacation home feature laminate flooring. The bathrooms are tiled. Curtains on the windows provide privacy and protection from the sun.

There is a lockable shed on the property. Two bicycles are available here free of charge (no legal entitlement).

The Urlauberdorf vacation complex is quietly located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. Shopping options are only about 200 m away. A parking space is available near the house. The Urlauberdorf complex features a large children’s playground with a wooden climbing frame, sandbox, ping-pong table, soccer field, and benches for adults. Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

The vacation village offers you a quiet and relaxing stay and is centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. The distance to the beach is about 350 meters.

Children are very welcome at the vacation village. The complex features a spacious, green playground where your children can dig in the sandbox, climb the playhouse, and play on the seesaw and swings. There’s plenty of space for various ball games, and a ping-pong table rounds out the amenities.

Pets are allowed in many of the homes. Some homes offer free Wi-Fi. Each home has a free parking space for a car in the immediate vicinity (width: 1.90 m).

Vacation Homes in the Vacation Village:

Built in 1997, the vacation village offers spacious accommodations for four to six people in 142 individually furnished townhouses and semi-detached homes. The townhouses span two levels and typically feature three rooms (a living room and two bedrooms). Some homes have a second bathroom or a guest restroom. In almost all homes, a wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere, especially in the fall and winter. The terraces are perfect for sunbathing and enjoying meals together.

The townhouses and semi-detached homes are accessible only via the boardwalk paths. Generous lawns between the homes create an ideal natural setting.

Some homes have sheds or storage areas available for your bicycles.
