On the ground floor, there is a spacious living/dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). Furthermore, a bathroom with shower. The kitchen opens onto the covered terrace with outdoor dining area and views of the pool. The first floor offers two cozy bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The top floor (attic) comprises a spacious bedroom with double bed and single bed (140 x 200 cm), air conditioning and a bathroom with shower.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

WiFi available free of charge. Sun loungers and parasols by the pool. Swing and trampoline on the lawn in the garden. The sheltered lounge area by the pool offers not only an additional amenity, but also a pleasantly shaded spot on warm summer days. In addition, there is an outdoor shower and a WC. Four bicycles are available for free use. Free private parking at the house.


Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.
