Eine schöne Anlage in unmittelbarer StrandnĂ€he. Die zentrale Lage zwischen KĂŒhlungsborn und Bad Doberan ist sehr gut und beide Orte sind fĂŒr Jung und Alt sehr gut zu erreichen, eine Mitfahrt mit der Molli können wir nur empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist gut und modern ausgestattet, es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Parkmöglichkeiten fĂŒr PKW und Fahrrad in der Tiefgarage runden den Aufenthalt noch ab.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Mitarbeiter des Linden-Palais sind sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Durch die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage mussten wir uns keine Gedanken um unser Auto machen. Der Fahrstuhl hat unsere An-/ Abreise unheimlich erleichtert.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber und in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Die NĂ€he zum Strand ist ideal. Und wenn man mal Lust auf ein leckeres StĂŒck Kuchen und einen schönen Kaffee hat, kann man sich gleich vor Ort, in dem im Haus ansĂ€ssigen CafĂš, was gönnen :-)

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, besonders das ruhige Haus/Wohnung, der große Tiefgaragenplatz und die schöne Lage kann man als ausgezeichnet ansehen. Allerdings sollten einige kleinere MĂ€ngel abgestellt werden. Im Schlafzimmer kann man nicht verdunkeln, das wurde schon von anderen Mietern in den letzten Jahren (GĂ€stebuch) bemĂ€ngelt, wurde aber leider nicht geĂ€ndert. Die KĂŒchenausstattung ist teilweise dĂŒrftig, es fehlt ein Backofen (Aufbackbrötchen nicht möglich und einen Backshop in Heiligendamm gibt es nicht). Ein schlechter Scherz ist der Staubsauger, dieses Billigprodukt lĂ€rmt und ist mit 4m Kabel einfach eine Zumutung. Fazit: Das Haus, die Wohnung und die Lage hat eigentlich 5 Sterne verdient, aber die beschriebenen MĂ€ngel sollten abgestellt werden.
