This is a recently acquired property. Pearl Springs Oasis will be closed for renovations between April 29 and May 27, 2026. I can`t wait to show the new design and vibes!

Full access to home. Free and private driveway parking (no more than 4 cars; please do not park on the grass). Check-in/out is completely contactless.

Welcome to my home. I truly hope you enjoy it as much as I do every single time I visit. Please treat the property as if it were your own.

Here are some important details to ensure alignment between us:

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted. Please be mindful of our neighbors, particularly between 10pm-9am. Any guest/group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining nights. $500 fine for violation.

--The pet fee ($170 per pet; 4 pets max) must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet waste from the yard and dispose.

--Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (12 max).

--No indoor smoking. Smoking includes but is not limited to cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use. Outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors. $500 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.

--Since South Florida has a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets even close to freezing, which leads to it being a desirable climate for humans, geckos (brown anoles), and insects. While rare, and despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside through an open door, window, etc. Refunds for finding insects or geckos are not provided.

--To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras. These cameras do not infringe upon any private area as they are all exterior. Exterior cameras capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus. $1000 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.
- Guest agrees not to override, tamper with, or attempt to bypass thermostat settings established by Host, which was the lowest temperature of 72 degrees. Due to Florida’s climate and the potential for damage to the HVAC and split system, Guest agrees not to set the thermostat below 72°F during the summer months or while the cooling system is in operation. Maintaining a lower temperature may cause excessive strain and potential damage to the system. Any damage to the HVAC or split system resulting from Guest’s failure to comply with this requirement may be charged to Guest.
- For safety reasons, glass containers are strictly prohibited in or around the pool area. Broken glass poses a serious risk of injury and may require the pool to be drained and professionally cleaned before it can be used again. Guest agrees not to bring or use any glass bottles, glassware, or other glass items in the pool or within the surrounding pool deck area. Any violation of this rule may result in charges for pool cleaning, repair, or related damages, and may lead to termination of the Guest’s stay.
-If you use the hot tub, ping pong table or fire pit, kindly put the cover back after each use.
- Parties of any kind are not permitted. Registered guests only (12 max).
