Lounge by the sparkling pool, fire up the BBQ, or unwind in the spa under the stars. Inside, you’ll find a bright and modern space with a fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, and all the essentials to make you feel right at home. Being centrally-located, your family will be close to everything in the city! (Zoo - 6min, RJ Stadium - 11min, Airport/Mall - 15mins, Busch Gardens - 17min)

The space
The home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a laundry area, and a dedicated office space with a sofa bed for two persons, perfect for a remote work or extra guest. Outside, enjoy a stunning terrace with a private pool, plus outdoor kitchen and bathroom right by the pool area. Spacious, modern and designed for comfort, this home offers everything you need for a memorable stay in Tampa.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire house. Please note the garage is not available for parking, as it has been converted into an office and extra living space for your comfort.
The home offers two driveways with plenty of parking space. Guests are welcome to use both driveways for added convenience throughout your stay.

The home is absolutely gorgeous—very clean and beautifully decorated! The candle and floral centerpiece on the dining table was stunning and such a lovely touch.Outside, there’s a beautiful white fence surrounding the pool and seating area, which includes fans to keep you cool, as well as a cozy fire pit. While the neighbors are quite close, the area is quiet and feels like a working neighborhood. The fenced space really creates a private, relaxing oasis.Our host was amazing—responsive, kind, and thoughtful. The snacks and the way everything was prepared made us feel truly welcomed and at home.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for us! We had 2 of our grandchildren with us so the pool/hot tub was great. We especially liked the kitchenette/bathroom located next to the pool. They had plenty of water toys to keep everyone entertained and the patio area with the fans had plenty of seating. The house has everything you need from cooking supplies to every coffee instrument you could want. The house was exactly liked it was pictured and would recommend this house highly. We plan on returning in November and Dianne checked in on us to see how everything was going. It was nice knowing she was always available. We can't wait to return....Shirley
