Die Programme des Fernsehers waren teilweise nicht richtig eingestellt. Eine Duschkabine ohne Vorhang wäre wünschenswert. Die Wohnung war für uns für 5 Tage sehr gut geeignet. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Das Regalbrett im Schlafzimmer hängt schief,das müsste gerichtet werden, Handtücher sollten sauber sein bei der Vermietung und alle Haken zum Aufhängen sollten an den Handtüchern vorhanden sein.Die Matratzen müssten ganz dringend gereinigt werden,sie weisen große Flecken auf, sind auch schon ziemlich durchgelegen.Evtl ein Flaschenöffner und 4 passende Weingläser:) Die Wohnung hat ein gutes Preis -Leistung Verhältnis. Die Sauberkeit müsste allerdings dringend verbessert werden dann buchen wir gerne ein weiteres Mal.

Eher durchwachsen

Zunächst die positiven Dingen: Die Lage zwischen Hafen und Stadt ist gut. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist fußläufig erreichbar und es ist insgesamt recht ruhig. Für Familien ist positiv anzumerken, dass sich direkt vor der Tür ein Spielplatz befindet.Leider gibt es auch einiges zu bemängeln:Die Sauberkeit hätte insgesamt besser sein können. Die Bettlaken hatten z.B. teilweise Flecken. Die Heizung in der Küche ist ziemlich versifft. Auch war vieles abgenutzt oder sogar defekt. Ein Kopfkissen hatte ein Loch, sodass sich Federn im Bett verteilten. Beim Schrank in der Küche war ein Griff abgebrochen. Zudem fehlte der Ablaufpropfen, sodass beim Spülen improvisiert werden musste. Der Vorhang in der Dusche wurde ja bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, das geht leider gar nicht. Zudem floss das Wasser in der Dusche/Küche nicht gut ab. Die Putzutensilien im Schlafzimmer stehen einfach offen im Raum, das ist nicht schön. Die Wohnung ist aufgrund der Dachschrägen kleiner als gedacht, insbesondere das Bad und das zweite Schlafzimmer sind recht beengt. Alles für sich nicht schlimm, wäre da nicht der hohe Preis. Die Wohnung würde ich mit 3/5 Sternen bewerten, Preis-Leistung jedoch nur mit 1/5, da erwartet man doch mehr für. Bei mitreisenden Familien konnte man sehen, dass es auf Norderney besser/günstiger geht. Aufgrund des zweiten Schlafzimmers habe ich hier gebucht, würde dies aber nicht nochmal tun.

Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen

Die Sauberkeit war nicht gerade sehr gut. Der Duschvorhang war zu lang und daher etwas un sauber. Der Esstisch war voll mit Krümmel wenn man ihn auseinander gezogen hat hat man nix schönes gesehen. Die Küche ist eigentlich ganz gut ausgestattet aber etwas klein von der ablagefläche.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung war sehr gut, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung war sauber und die Lage top👌 Das Einzige was wir bemängeln können, ist der Duschvorhang und das Mega schlechte WLAN!! Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden, wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen !!
