Property was even better than the description - large and comfortable, plenty of space to spread out. Wonderful and unique character throughout, made for an extremely special experience. Clean and well stocked, and property manager extremely helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!
Wow! What a fun experience in KC with our family!
You look at the pictures, you read the reviews, but you're are not quite ready for how cool this location actually is! We stayed as a family of 8, with our adult children and let me say....it's hard to impress them nowadays, and this one did it easily! Just being in the 100 year old hotel has a great fun vibe. We could have easily had a larger group and still had plenty of space.
The kitchen (main) is awesome and fully stocked with any utensil, pot, pan you need for cooking! The bedrooms are each super unique. The second kitchen is great, we just didn't use it. You just keep running around from floor to floor finding new things and places.
Then there's the rooftop! It is awesome! There is an indoor and outdoor space. We sat for hours just enjoying the views of the city.
If you want a great space to hang out with your family, in a great downtown location, across the street from the streetcar, walking distance to union station, in the Crossroads...you could not ask for any thing better.
Brent was a pleasure to work with as well and very accommodating.

Spectacular property in a great location
We had an amazing week at the Rieger Hotel condo! We booked it as home base for our daughter’s wedding week and it could not have been more perfect!
The kitchen and living spaces were wonderful for gathering with family and friends. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable! We also spent a lot of time on the rooftop patio enjoying the views of the Kansas City skyline. The condo was filled with every amenity we could think of from plenty of wine glasses to coffee stations in the kitchen and the second master bedroom. There is also a full size steamer which was incredible for steaming our dresses before the wedding.
The location is amazing, just steps to the free streetcar and plenty of great bars and restaurants. Parking is a breeze if you use the garage and elevator (well worth it).
Brent was awesome to work with and he was incredibly responsive to any message or question we had.
We made some wonderful memories during our stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book the Rieger again. We highly recommend this fabulous property.

Issues with lites & some of us thought there were cleaning issues in some areas.
Owner was great in meeting our needs.

Saturday check-ins are only available by special request. Holiday reservations have a four-day minimum stay requirement. Rates are subject to change until confirmed. Please note that these prices are for 6 guests. It is up to the owner to decide if he wants to rent out the property to more than 6 guests at a time. When inquiring please be specific regarding the nature of your stay and exactly how many people will be accessing the property. Guests may cancel by providing written notice to Owner at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, and upon such cancellation Owner will return all monies that were paid EXCEPT the security deposit which is non refundable. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within the 90 day period prior to the arrival date do not receive a refund. The Security Deposit in only refunded after the completion of the stay and if there is no assessed damage.
