Disliked: Check-in, communication
Place was great, no complaints about the space or amenities. However, check in and communication was terrible. We were supposed to get the code to the door on the day of arrival, but no message was sent. Tried to call the host multiple times with no answer. Knocked on the main door and rang the doorbell many times, with no answer. Finally, after waiting out for a long time, someone finally came out was a "friend" of the host who informed us that the real host was out of town and did not have their phone on them. Luckily, she let us in, but she acted like we were putting her out and she was very rude.
