気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
They didn't tell me they had somebody living on site until I was on my way there, between midnight and 2:30 a.m., because I told them I would be late, getting there.There was somebody else there when I got there in the room that I was supposed to be in, plus the person that lives on site.The key was where it was supposed to be, but the outside door was locked, and I rang the doorbell several times, and contacted the host, by calling and sending messages, and I still had to wait about 20 minutes to be able to get into the place. The other room that they put me in, was in like a dining room with no door, because I had two bedrooms two beds, and the bed that they put me in, that room had a weird smell, and the bed had a weirder smell, which caused me to almost have an asthma attack, along with my chest tightening up at the same time, so I had to leave immediately. The price was good for the place but the place wasn't good. It took all day to get my money refunded because I canceled the reservation within 2 hours of showing up, along with sitting hours on hold with vbro customer service.The living room was nice and had nice furniture, an a nice TV, but I didn't stay long enough to even check it out. Then I had to go check into a hotel room and spend even more money than I didn't want, or need to spend.
