Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Set the thermostat to 78° in the summer, and 55° in the winter when checking out. Leave all ceiling fans on low.
Put all used linens on the floor next to the washing machine.
Leave parking passes and all keys on the kitchen table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
HOA rules are posted on the refrigerator. Fines incurred for breaking any of them will be passed onto the renter(s).

Originally from Maine, we moved to Lancaster County, PA in our early 20’s. Afternoon living there for 34 years, we decided we wanted to live near the ocean again (PA has no ocean! 🥴). We started looking for property near the coast, and found our condo. We both still work, and we wanted something a little bigger than our condo, so we bought our house about 5 miles up the road. Since we love people, we thought becoming hosts and opening our condo to others might be a good fit. So, here we are!

Why they chose this property

The Little River Inn development is tucked away off Rt. 17, surrounded by trees. It’s usually pretty quiet as you drive through. The neighbors are friendly. Most are full-time residents. There are days when you can have the pool all to yourself, making it feel like your own private resort!

What makes this property unique

We think our condo is unique because of its location. It’s sort of off the beaten path, but really close to all the beaches, attractions, and night life this area offers. You can be as busy - or not - as you choose.
