Honestly this was the perfect, peaceful spot that I was looking for. Came down for concert. Location was excellent. Spot had its own area, the sitting spot near fountain was so needed after high energy of concert. Will be my go to place for future concerts

Knowing this little rental is on the owner's property, you make question your potential privacy. You do not have to worry about it. You are in a privacy fenced in area that feels like and is it's very own space on their property. Wish we could have arrived earlier and stayed longer to enjoy the fire pit and just hang out for a little bit. And if you are there during the summer, no worries, that AC blows cold. Our grandson loved his little cubbyhole for sleeping.
