Ground floor quiet location extremely safe neighborhood Condo with a King size bed. Futon sleeper and queen air mattress can sleep up to 6 people, (most comfortable with 4 people). Resort style stay, 50 inch Roku TV, internet, beautiful relaxing pool, tennis court, 2 Pickleball courts, volleyball court, indoor basketball court, kids playground, car-wash all close by. Enjoy everything Tampa has to offer!!

Stayed for 2 nights with my daughter. Place was as described. Easy check in and check out. Could use a little updating but it worked well for what we needed. All in all a positive experience

Had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Jon was very prompt and helpful with my questions. The bed was very comfy, the extra little fan was the best thing ever...especially at night😴 def will be back

Good value

Location was good, communication with host was excellent and unit is easy to access. We did not use any amenities. Overall it was a great alternative to a hotel and we'd stay again.

Bad experience

As soon as we entered the property we saw 3 roaches. 2 in the kitchen still alive and a dead one on a towel in the bathroom. The doors were dirty and so was the bathtub. There were cod webs on the ceiling. Definitely not a place I felt comfortable staying with my little one

Perfect for me

The location put me within a quick shot of downtown and the Florida School of Woodworking, where I spent my time. I had problems accessing the gym, but that would be my only complaint. John, the owner, was very responsive, and the unit was quiet and comfortable.

Completely wrong description of property

The outside of the property was completely untaken care of - not ‘resort style’. The door of the property appeared to have been broken into or forced open at some point. While at the property we sat inside for about 10 minutes while making the decision to book a hotel and leave, in that time the tv wouldn’t even turn on. The place appeared to be as clean and an old apartment could be so that wasn’t bad. This was my first Vrbo experience and will be my last.
