Beach Chillin is a brand new beach home built in 2013. It has 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths that will accommodate up to 12 people. The home has magnificent views of the beach and is approximately 300 feet from the beach. An easy walk to set up chillin on the beach for the day and still be able to go back to the house if you need something.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with a large private bath which includes a soaking tub and a separate shower.
2nd bedroom has two queen beds and a large walk in closet.
3rd bedroom has two bunk beds, twin on top with full on bottom and large closet.
2nd and 3rd bedrooms have access to the hall bath which is a four piece with tub/shower combination.
Kitchen/living room is a large open space with full windows on all walls to view the beach.
Kitchen is stocked with all appliances, dishes, utensils, pots, pans etc. needed to feel like you are in your own home.
Large deck out front lets you experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets while looking out on the Gulf of Mexico.
Downstairs is a built in picnic table for dining alfresco, a charcoal grill for flipping those burgers and a huge walk in shower for washing off the sand after spending the day on the beach.
Beach Chillin is the perfect place to have your family vacation.

We grew up in Groves, Texas, about a hour away from Crystal Beach. After our daughters graduated from PN-G High School, we moved to a small community outside the city limit called LaBelle.

Our family has a family reunion every year at one of our relatives beach home. Everytime we go we love being there and enjoying sitting on the patio, enjoying the sound of the beach and visiting with family and friends. We know a lot of people who have homes at Crystal Beach and we decided that it was time for us as well.
We chose this property because of the closeness to the beach. It is just a short walk to the beach. We can see the beach from all the windows in the living room, master bedroom and bath. The view is spectacular.
Very close to the beach and plenty of room for our 3 boys. We had a blast!
We had a wonderful time at Beach Chillin'. We had enough space for our reunion and it accommodated my 2yr old twins. Very close to beach and deck was amazing!! This place is great!!

We loved our stay at Beach Chillin! We had 3 families and this worked perfect for us. Beautifully designed and very comfortable. A short walk to the beach with awesome views from the porch and living area. The owners were great and we will definitely be renting from them again! The only downside was having to go home :).

My family and I truly fell in love with this beautiful cabin. Everything was perfect, and we had the most amazing time. There was plenty of room for our kids to play and relax. The kitchen included all of the items we needed. It was a very short walk to the beach, and we enjoyed our weekend there immensely.
Our home is 4 lots from the beach. It is on a access road direct to the beach and not in a dedicated subdivision.
This home works well with home called Dingle Daze if you are needed to accommodate a larger crowd.

Your reservation cannot be confirmed until we receive the signed Rental Agreement and payment of the security deposit and 1/2 the rental fee plus any additional service fees by check, credit card or cashier's check.
