¡Esta es la mejor vida frente a la playa! Tres habitaciones, 2 baños y un cuarto de lavado. Tres dormitorios completos; uno con una cama king y baño principal, otro con una cama queen y el tercer dormitorio con 4 literas. La casa tiene capacidad para 8 y tiene camas para 8. Todas las habitaciones tienen HDTV y DirecTV.

Amplias y confortables salas de estar, todas con excelentes vistas al océano. Amplia cocina con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. ¿Mencioné la cubierta envolvente extra grande de 360 grados donde puedes ver a los niños jugando en el surf? ¡Disfruta de tu vista y mira si puedes echar un vistazo a los delfines justo afuera de tu puerta principal!

La casa también tiene un gran patio trasero totalmente vallado de 70x100, con acceso desde la escalera trasera. Los huéspedes que traen a sus perros solo tienen que abrir la puerta de atrás y dejar que sus mascotas hagan sus negocios sin tener que caminar con ellos. ¡No hay nada más fácil que esto cuando viajas con tus perros! El gran patio está totalmente cubierto de hierba y completamente cercado y cerrado para que sus hijos e invitados jueguen de manera segura. También hay una fogata, banco y parrilla estilo parque en el patio trasero cercado para su disfrute. Como beneficio adicional, la casa se encuentra al final del camino; sin tráfico y sin ruido, ¡solo una visita tranquila y pacífica!

The stay at this property was absolutely amazing. It started with the great communication from the host and carried through with the views and great accommodations. The house was so inviting and you noticed when you first open the door. I highly recommend this property!

We had the best time at Barney’s beach house!!! Adrianna was absolutely wonderful to work with!!! She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! The house was even better than described and we loved being able to bring our fur baby with us! The backyard is perfect for our pupper! The beach access and view was unmatched! It was so quiet and great for families. We will be back soon!!!

We enjoyed our time at Barney’s Beach House! It was an even better location than anticipated and even on a busy weekend in July, there was plenty of beach space to enjoy that was easy to access by both our vehicle and by foot! Our 2 dogs enjoyed morning and evening strolls down the beach as well as running circles around the porch and the easily accessible back yard for controlled potty breaks! The outdoor shower was enjoyed by everyone and the house had everything we needed to be comfortable throughout our stay. Communication with the host was also easy and fast!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was absolutely perfect—right on the beachfront with incredible views and easy access to the water. Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was the highlight of our trip.The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and made us feel right at home.If you're looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway, this is the place to stay. Great family vacation spot!

We brought our 2 year old and golden retriever for a few days to Barney’s beach house. The location is right off the beach, the home was amazing and the backyard was fenced in so it was perfect for our dog. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back.

Delightful dog friendly family beach getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Barney's Beach House. It was the perfect venue to relax and enjoy the beach with our dogs. The location is perfect, with nothing obstructing the beautiful view of the gulf. The home is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and equipped. We look forward to a return visit.

Best beach house for our family and fur babies!

We were pleasantly surprised by this house. It was perfect! Not only for us but our 2 Labs as well. The house is cozy and charming. Clean and well decorated. The beach access could not have been any better! The host/owner was very nice and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back!

Outstanding location! Lovely house!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was great! Beautiful house, great lay out, great views. My only complaint which isn't a big one but on master bedroom and bathroom there is no lock on doors for privacy when sharing the house with others. But everything else was perfect, we will be back next year!!!

It's funny what you wrote about the locks on the doors. I was just saying the exact same thing to my husband the other day. He said it wasn't necessary. It's not the first time a husband is wrong! It was as described and it was a good location. The only complaint I had was the bedding did not appear clean as there were drool stains on the pillow cases. Other than that it was a nice property

Beautiful house

This place has everything you would need and more. Plenty of towels and bedding. The set up is perfect for kids to run and play on the wrap around porch. Beautiful views inside and out Thehost is very accommodating and responds very quickly to emails or texts.

Another Great Visit to Barney's

We keep coming back to stay at Barney's. I have lost track of how many times we have visited. The house is always clean and kept up to date. You are only steps away from the beach on the quiet end of the peninsula. And, the large porch is great for lounging. The owner is very responsive and the house is stocked with anything that you might need.

We loved our stay at Barney's Beach House! We were looking for a spot that would be easy with our dogs, and we couldn't have found a better place. The back stairs that go down directly into the fenced yard was perfect. There were no grass burrs in the fenced yard, which can be a problem in Boliver. The house was cute and clean, and the access to the beach was very easy. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed for a week, and wished we could've stayed longer! Adrianna was extremely easy to communicate with and super friendly on top of that! We will definitely want to stay here again!

Holiday at Barney's Beach House Memorial Weekend 2023

View was spectacular right on the beach. It is dog friendly, but this property takes dog friendly to another level.Our two dogs loved it the deck was completely around house and there is a gate that accesses a stairway that leads them downstairs to a huge backyard with grass that is completely fenced and safe .Dogs loved it because they could see everything, surf,birds and the people on the beach .It is a very quiet and relaxing location.House was very nice inside and had all the amenities needed.We will definitely return it is amazing to us that we have access to this so close to Houston. Adrianna whom is the owner made it very easy for us to come. Thank You Tommy and Debbie Houston, Texas U.S.A.

Great stay for us and our dogs!

We really loved the house/property/location. The house, outdoor space, and broad views of the beach and the Gulf were better than expected. The wrap-around deck with access for the dogs to the backyard was great. The backyard was treated and well kept so the dogs didn't get burrs/stickers in their paws like they do in so many paces by the beach. The dogs also loved being able to scope the area from up on the deck. The outdoor space is most important to us and it had lots of shaded or sunny space at all times to relax and enjoy the beach/sea. The outdoor shower plus a few hoses made it easy to rinse ourselves and the dogs off after going to the beach. It was very fast and easy to get to/from the beach, so we didn't need to lug a bunch of stuff with us. The beds were comfortable and the appliances were all modern and functional. The views from the bedroom, kitchen and living room were all great. The host did a spectacular job of answering our questions and making sure everything went smoothly from booking through departure. Overall a great experience and we're definitely planning to return.

The cabin was amazing! We have never stayed in this area of the beach before. It is far less crowded that places we have previously stayed but not to far from stores and restaurants. Our host was incredible! VRBO was having problems with their system and we booked last minute so what could have been an extremely stressful time was not at all due to how well it was handled by our host. Adrianna went above and beyond! The house is gorgeous, the location is ideal, and our last minute family getaway was perfect! I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet an peaceful vacation. Especially if you have dogs. The fenced in yard made all the difference for us with our two dogs. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Best Rental on Bolivar

This is our second visit to Barney's and we will return again. The house is located in a quieter area of the beach, but still not far from the restaurants and the Big Store. The views are great, the porch is huge, and the beach access is just steps away. The house is cozy, always clean, and has everything that you need. Adrianna is wonderful. She is attentive and goes out of her way to make sure that your stay is great.

Best place to stay

We had a great time at Barney’s Beach House! It was perfect for four adults and three children. Loved the amenities and there were beach towels! Sat on the deck and watched the kids and grandkids playing on the beach for hours. Thank you so very much.

Fun family get away

The house was comfortable and a perfect location! Quiet spot of the uncrowded beach. We don't have dogs but if you do then Barney's Beach House is a pet parents dream!!! We would absolutely stay again!

Perfect beach vacation

This house was perfect for our short trip to the beach. Beautiful house, great location, everything we could have asked for. Kitchen was fully stocked.. plenty of towels... even beach towels. Nice comfy beds! We loved it and hope to go back!

Welcome to our home! We have been vacationing here since the house was built in 2014. Last year the owners asked us if we were interested in owning the home we loved visiting; we said Yes! Yes, our last name is Gilchrist, like the town the house resides in and that has made this a special place for us. Welcome to you from all of us, Including Barney, our Jack Russell!

It's comfortable and quiet, especially during the week. The views are breathtaking and tranquil. There is nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. When you first walk into the house you immediately feel at home. I think what makes this property unique is a few things. First, It's three years old and impeccably built. Second, I'd have to say the view and third, is the convenience of letting your dogs in and out. We have three dogs and have vacationed all over Galveston before finding this house. Walking three dogs up and down the stairs individually on a leash would take forever (and did!). The former owner built this property with dogs in mind. You open the gate, the dogs run downstairs into a fully gated area and come up when finished. At night, walk out the back door, flip on the back lights and it's that easy.

This is the ONLY home in the area that has a 360 degree wrap around porch with 2 exits (front and back)! We offer a fully fenced in back yard that is accessible from the deck. If you are interested in renting a golf cart, we recommend: Texas Custom Carts, the owner is Greg Smith, his number is 512-917-8515. Greg rents 4 and 6 seater golf carts and delivers them to the front door! Just tell him that you are staying at "Barney's Beach House".
