Beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Beach House in Sand Piper subdivision close to restaurants, entertainment, The Big Store and Golf Cart Rental. Home features a stunning 2 story Living Room open to the Kitchen and Dining Area. Master with King bed and private bath (shower/tub and double sinks). Half Bath and Laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms & one bathroom with shower/tub and double sinks. Each bedroom upstairs sleeps 4 (queen bed & twin xl bunk beds in each upstairs room). Enjoy the spacious deck or the downstairs pick nick area & swings with your loved ones. Let this be your next get away.

We loved the house we stayed in it was very clean, it had everything we needed. It was close to the beach which we loved, the property manager was very nice and they answer questions in a quick manner. Overall it was a great experience definitely we will be comimg back soon!

Great Property, well-managed

We had a wonderful experience! The house was great and very equipped. I loved the fact that we did not have to bring towels at all - beach towels or any other. The kitchen had anything you could need/want! The balcony was amazing and the perfect morning coffee spot. The mosquitoes were so bad when we were there that we didn’t get to enjoy the space below the house. But, the hose and outdoor shower were great for rinsing sand from the beach and to each the golf carts! We did have our AC condensate and leak a bit inside, but the property management was quick to get an AC repairman out to clear the clogged drain line and ensure we were not without cold AC for any of our stay. We would definitely rent this property again!

Looks great from the outside. Disappointed on the inside. Floors are in bad shape. Was not fully cleaned when checked in. Food crumbs on countertops. Feminine products left in trash cans in bathrooms. Highly unsanitary. No WiFi service. Would not recommend property to any of my friends.

Amazing!

We booked this property rather last minute and took off!! It was a amazing property and gorgeous! Easy to book and communicate with manager. Close to the beach, we rented a golf cart and was only like a 3 min drive to beach on private roads.

Family vacay

The home was wonderful and had all the amenities needed for our stay. The owner was easy to contact. My only complaint would be the poor housekeeping. The furniture was very dusty, refrigerator dirty, windows and counters tops were dirty. The owner was notified and promptly advised she would send over housekeeping to clean better. I appreciated that offer but had already unloaded and tidied up myself. The home is close to the beach and easy access with a golf cart. It’s a wonderful home.

The Sand Castle

First of all, this home is roomy, beautiful and well stocked with everything you might need. It has lots of room and seating on the patios and porches. The area under the home is large and plenty of parking is available. It's a short walk or ride to the beach and is located on a quiet road with low traffic. The homeowner made checking in and out very easy, was extremely pleasant to work with and was always available to answer any and all questions. I would highly recommend this home to all my friends and family and plan to it rent again in the future. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Lots of wonderful memories were made.
