The professionally designed and beautifully decorated modern farmhouse is a striking space that has been thoughtfully designed, with attention to every detail. Although spacious and luxurious, the Muskoka cottage maintains its warmth and coziness, ready to welcome guests with comfort and ease.
There are six fabulously comfortable bedrooms thoughtfully decorated with plush amenities. Three of the bedrooms come with ensuites, one bedroom has a private bathroom, and two bedrooms have a shared jack and jill bathroom. Fluffy towels and high-end toiletries and two of the bedrooms come with a walkout patio.
Guests will have absolutely everything they need for an unforgettable stay in Ontario and the chef’s kitchen has high-end appliances including a gas stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a wine cooler, two separate sinks, lots of counter space, a Nespresso coffee/espresso machine with a milk frother, and a killer view overlooking Lake Muskoka.
The living spaces are large are comfortable and there's one lovely living room upstairs and one stunning living room downstairs. The upstairs living room is a wonderful place for conversation and laughter with incredible views out to Lake Muskoka while the downstairs living room is set up with a gas fireplace, a television (free Netflix, Disney, and games like Fibbage, Crossy Road, etc.), boardgames, and a patio overlooking the lake.
Outside, the patio has yet more spellbinding views of Lake Muskoka with Muskoka chairs around a large fire pit for guests to enjoy evenings together surrounded by nature. Everything guests need for the fire is provided - firestarter, kindling, wood (additional wood is located around the side of the cottage), as well as warm blankets to keep glampers toasty.
The boathouse and deck are down several steps that seamlessly blend with the rugged rock landscape of the Canadian Shield (the boathouse is closed in the winter). In the summer, the boathouse will be an awesome place to hang out, with a kegerator, a mini-fridge, a seating area, a ping pong table, and sun loungers on the deck.
In the summer, there will be a water park available with a large bouncer, a slide, and a launcher which is lots of fun for young and old alike. A canoe, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards (with life jackets) are also for guests to explore the lake. The hosts even offer complimentary wine from the local cranberry winery (the cranberry farm is the oldest and now only such farm in the province), as well as an indulgent charcuterie box (can be customized for vegetarians and vegans), and other goodies for guests' enjoyment.
