Large, very beautiful, very comfortable semi-detached house "Maison del Mar", 2 storeys. In the district of El Muntanyar, 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. Private: property (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and trees. Patio, pergola, garden furniture, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant, bar 600 m, bakery 850 m, café 600 m, bus stop "viejo MasYMas" 500 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 700 m, shingle beach "Platja Cala Blanca" 1 km, rocky beach "Platja Segon Muntanyar" 10 m.
