This is a 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath town home very close to the free bus shuttle to the slopes. The town home offers a lot of privacy to the guests. The entrance level has two bedrooms, queen bed, full bed and a folding bed which will fit into a guest bedroom and a full bathroom. The second level includes the living room and the kitchen and day bed. The top level has the master bedroom with a king bed and 2 bathroom vanity.
The kitchen is well supplied for all your cooking needs. There is a gas grill on the deck. Washer/dryer are at the entrance level, which also has plenty of space to store your skis and boots. There is a new boiler and you will never run out of hot water.
We are located 3 minutes walk from the bus and a 10 minute ride to the first ski lift. This is the second stop on the bus route to the slopes, so you will usually get a seat.
Parking is in the carport. Guests are not allowed to have pets in the complex. This is a smoke free unit. There is a cable T. V. in every room and high speed Internet. You don't need a car to get around. The buses run every 15 minutes during the winter season. But if you do have a car, you can park it right there in the carport. No snow to clear on those powder days and we have plenty of snow....hallelujah!
Our town home is bright and sunny. It is freshly painted and very clean. The location is convenient to the slopes, which is very important on those snowy days. You are in a residential neighborhood. This is a quiet unit, perfect for a relaxing vacation after a full day of skiing.
I am a retired school teacher from New York. I love to ski and I ski almost every day. My favorite ski time is in deep powder. I spend 6 months in Vail and 6 months on Maui Windsurfing. I short term my condos in both places. I am very conscientious about making my rental units very comfortable and enjoyable for my guests. In Vail, I live in a house near by and I am always available to assist my guests in
anything they need.
Maria Szczecina purchased this townhome in 1993
I bought this condo because of it's location and layout. There is a lot of privacy when you have guests. The master bedroom is upstairs and the guest bedrooms are downstairs. It does take a little energy to get around but it is good for you.
I am on a direct bus route to town and the slopes.
I don't like to drive if I don't have to and this condo is just right for me.
We arrived in a rented car and having a covered carport was an added benefit. The fireplace provided both visual and warming comfort and the fridge can store enough food for a large family, for a week.
On our next ski trip to Vail, we will be looking to re-book this condo.
Everything was wonderful. The unit comes with a carport next to the door, that can accommodate a large SUV. The unit is spacious and very comfortable. It's a great value for the money. I would highly reccomend this property. Enjoy the magic and beauty of Vail.
Thank you very much for letting us into your home. Everything was wonderful, including the weather. We loved the set up at your home, your kitchen was well stocked, Wifi worked great, Xfinity TV system is state of the art. All in all we were very pleased with your home rental. Everything was very well described on the Homeaway website and other information provided by you was very helpful. The home was an incredible value for the price we paid. The location was very close to Vail village, restaurants, supermarket and other shops. We were able to get to Vail mountain in about 3 minutes and Beaver Creek in about 20 minutes. Thank you again for making our vacation a memorable one!! - Mike P.
We were fortunate enough to be one of the first clients to rent this property from the owner. We were very impressed with the standard of cleanliness and presentation. Everything was as described on the website. M. had gone to a lot of effort with the little things right down to hand cleaner in all the bathrooms and a well stocked tool cupboard so that I did not have to worry her with little things. It is perfect for a teenage family (us) with plenty of space to spread out and good availability to the bus service to come and go from town/ the ski field. We will definitely stay again.
This was an excellent townhouse in West Vail townhouse for our snowboard trip. It had everything we needed with a large master suite on the top floor and two comfortable queen bedrooms on the first floor. The second floor had a large TV and spacious kitchen and dining room. The free bus stop is located right outside the condo complex and was very convenient to get to the lifts in town. Our flight back to Chicago was cancelled and had to stay an extra night and Maria (the owner) was very accommodating and only charged us half the nightly rate! We happened to bump into Maria on the bus into town for the opening ceremonies of the Alpine World Ski Championships and she is truly a ski enthusiast who goes out her way to make your stay amazing.
Meadow Creek is a residential area. It is close to the slopes and supermarkets. This is a spot for guests who don't like crowds and enjoy convenience to skiing, shopping and local transportation. On a snowy day, you don't have to drive anywhere.
