The Space:

Step into a warm, open living space where large windows fill the room with natural light and lake views. Gather around the gas fireplace or relax on comfortable seating after a day of adventure.



The modern chef's kitchen has a stone island, pro-style range and breakfast seating, next to a dining table for the whole group. A bar and lounge area and a game table make it easy to entertain.

• Game room with air hockey, foosball and an Xbox

• Bonus lounge with a kitchenette next to the theater

OUTSIDE

Step out to true waterfront living: the covered deck with a swing, a lounge deck with lake views, the hot tub, a propane BBQ and a path down to your private dock. Kayaks are provided for guest use.



Smart TVs for streaming, fast Spectrum 500 Mbps Wi-Fi and central heat.



Guest Access:

Easy keypad self check-in. The whole home, the decks, the hot tub and the private dock are yours. Parking for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway and in front of the house (no street parking).



The Neighborhood:

You will love your own dock for access to Big Bear lake. Close to Slopes, Village and Grocery Stores.



Getting Around:

Walk to Boulder Bay Park and the lake from your own dock. The Village, Snow Summit, Bear Mountain and the grocery stores (Vons and Stater Bros.) are a short drive, and Uber is available in Big Bear. Snow chains or 4WD may be required in winter.



Other Things to Note:

We are a fully licensed and registered vacation rental. Registration Number: 2025-1270.

The private dock is yours to use, and kayaks are provided. You're also welcome to bring paddleboards or rent other gear in town.

For your safety, there is one camera facing the driveway and one facing the back of the house. There are no cameras inside the home.

Fast Spectrum 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, great for streaming or remote work.

The home has central heating. Like most homes in Big Bear, it does not have air conditioning, since mountain temperatures stay much cooler than in the city.

We give you complete privacy during your stay with keypad self check-in. We're local, available anytime by message through the app, and our team can be at the home quickly if anything needs attention.
