The modernly furnished vacation apartment "Beim Nik with Wanderreitstation" is located in Almertsham, a district of Höslwang in Chiemgau, in one of the most beautiful areas of Upper Bavaria, on a horse farm surrounded by numerous lakes and hills. Pony riding is available and guests can bring their own horse to the farm and explore the fantastic view of the Chiemgau alpine panorama high on horseback. The 50 m² apartment has a spacious living area with a well-equipped, open kitchen with dishwasher, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom and thus accommodates 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

The apartment also has a cozy balcony with seating furniture. Moreover, there is an extra staircase, a small terrace and a garden with it.

Restaurants can be reached within walking distance. The Gasthaus Waldwinkl is only 50 meters and highly recommended. The next supermarket is about 2 kilometers away and can be reached by car in a few minutes. A bathing area at Hartsee is only 1 km away, or an 11-minute walk. In addition, there are many other lakes, all within a 10-minute drive. The famous Chiemsee with Herrenchiemsee Castle is only 15 minutes away by car. Other destinations like Traunstein, Bad Reichenhall or Salzburg in Austria can be reached within a half to one hour drive by car.

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet! Man fühlt sich quasi wie zuhause! Vorallem für Pferdeliebhaber, sehr toll! Ich konnte auch zweimal ausreiten und Kinder dürfen sich auch aufs Pony setzen! Die Gastgeber sind auch sehr freundlich ☺️ Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort! Cons: Man muss schon paar Minuten zum Chiemsee fahren! Dafür sind aber andere kleinere Seen in unmittelbarer Umgebung!

Ein tolles Rundumsorglospaket :-))

Pros: Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit supernetten Gastgebern. Die ruhige Lage ist erholsam und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele verschiedene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Auch ein spontaner Ausritt war ganz unkompliziert möglich. Lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit!! Cons: Es war alles prima.

Pros: Die Kinder durften zu den Ponys und auch ausreiten. Der Gasthof nebenan ist sehr lecker und hervorragend für das Abendessen geeignet.

Es war eine schöne Zeit und wir kommen gerne wieder

Pros: Sehr modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, die trotz sommerlicher Temeraturen angenehm kühl war. Ein Balkon und ein Garten zur Mitbenutzung luden zum verweilen ein. Ein gutes Restaurant für das Abendessen befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft (mit Spielplatz & Trampolin). Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und unsere Kleine hat sich über das Ponyreiten sehr gefreut.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Sehr schöne Kleine Wohnung, alles ganz neu, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Nik, Klaus und Familie sind super nett und machen alles, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, Berge, Seen und gleich nebenan befindet sich ein tolles Restaurant. Und die Reitmöglichkeit am Hof war das absolute Highlight für unsere Tochter. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Tolles Wetter, lieber Empfang und schöne Wohnung!

Pros: Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufs- und Bademöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Meine Freundinnen und ich würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen bei euch, dankeschön!
