Great place, worked very well for our needs- 3 couples in town for a wedding. Place was as advertised, comfortable with all the amenities we needed, and great host communication. We would definitely stay here again,

Such a cool property. Well appointed and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet neighborhood with parking off the street. Convenient to many things.

Beautiful stay in a charming historic home! The house was so inviting and comfortable. Plenty of space for our 6 person group. Every room was thoughtfully put together down to the smallest detail. Would gladly stay here again anytime we’re in Frankfurt!

This was the perfect place for our group tour of the bourbon trail. The craft ice maker in the fridge was the perfect touch. Everything was amazing. My wife already told me to save this listing for future trips.

Great home in perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay in this clean, well stocked and update home. The three bedrooms were perfect for our group of five. We wish we could have stayed longer and will be back. Mike, the owner was responsive and helpful when my father in law left his iPad and shoes there and coordinated which is to send the items back. Great home!!!

The property was perfect for our needs! 6 adults, 2 with mobility issues, so the layout was perfect! Our dog loved the fenced-in yard. The owner is super responsive and friendly. The house has lots of amenities like soaps and toiletries along with laundry and kitchen supplies. Great bourbon theme down to the glassware selections and craft ice in the freezer for your cocktail needs. Great kitchen appliances, and tvs in all bedrooms and the living room. Great signage for the guestbook and WiFi (which is fast and reliable!). Off street parking for 2 cars is super convenient. Beds were very comfortable. Every thing was clean and well maintained. Beautiful outdoor seating and a grill that worked great. Highly recommend!!

From booking to check-in to departure, our experience was great! With his on-line guest guidebook and quick response to our questions, Mike provided helpful info and tips for planning our trip.The home's tasteful decor reflects KY culture and traditions, and its amenities offer the best of Southern hospitality - comfy king-sized beds and very well equipped modern kitchen. We "seniors" and our 3 friends usually chose the "bourbon themed" sitting area between bedrooms as our gathering spot although the large living room with TV is also very nice. The deck with beautiful seating and nice grill, and the patio with Adirondack chairs surrounding a firepit are wonderful spaces for relaxing, morning or evening. Although we didn't use the marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate Mike provided for making s'mores, we really appreciated his thoughtfulness!The location with off-street parking and close proximity to historic sites, distilleries and restaurants allows more time to enjoy the area with very little driving time.Wonderful home! Thoughtful host! Great trip! This would be our first choice for accommodations for a return visit to Frankfort!

The host was incredibly accommodating, and communication was always prompt. The location couldn’t have been better, and the designated parking turned out to be a huge plus. The pet‑friendly setup made the stay even more convenient. I highly recommend the hosts and this location if you need a place in the area.Ample room for everyone in your party, great place to have a spirit on the back patio or your morning coffee before you head out for tastings, and tours, if that is what brings you to the area.
