The accommodation is located on the outskirts of atmospheric Piesendorf, an authentic village in Pinzgau. Just 500 metres walking distance away, you will find the bakery, supermarket and restaurants in the centre. You can enjoy fresh rolls in the morning, delivered to your door by the local baker!

For winter sports lovers, Zell am See and Kaprun are ideal destinations. On the Kitzsteinhorn glacier in Kaprun, you can even ski from November to May. Zell am See is connected to the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm, with 408 km of perfectly prepared slopes. Both ski areas can be easily reached by car, and the ski bus stops just 400 metres from the accommodation. With children, sledding on the Erlebnisberg Naglköpfl in Walchen is an enjoyable activity. As a guest of this accommodation, you will also receive a 10% discount on ski equipment rental at the local Skischule Entleitner.

In summer, the homeowner offers the Fun+Sommerkarte, including free access to the nearby outdoor swimming pool (a 2-minute walk away) with several slides and a children's playground. Piesendorf is known for its excellent hiking opportunities and is certified as a hiking region. The beautiful mountain landscape also offers opportunities for mountain biking and rock climbing. An excursion on the local steam train to Zell am See, followed by a boat trip on the lake, is highly recommended.
