This is a fantastic accommodation for at least two families with no less than four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The new 10-seater gondola lift, located right next to this property, was built in 2020. You can hop on this lift, called the ZellamseeXpress, to cross to Zell am See-Kaprun, braving Schmittenhöhe. If you spend a day skiing in the Saalbach area, the descent from this area is right next to the property. You can easily reach the lifts of the Saalbach Hinterglemm ski area with the free ski bus. So if you go on a winter sports holiday here, you will have two beautiful large ski areas right at your feet! You only have to walk a short distance, so it is practically a ski-in, ski-out location!
But it is also a great place to be in other seasons. The well-known places Zell am See, Kaprun, and Saalbach-Hinterglemm can be reached within minutes. Take a refreshing dip in the Zellersee near Zell am See on a hot summer day. And don't forget to bring your hiking boots!
