La casetta Papavero is located in Capo Vaticano, on the Costa degli Dei, with its many beaches, crystal clear sea and beautiful views.
The coast is hilly, and the cottage is located on a small hill overlooking the sea and the Strait of Messina. From the swimming pool in the panoramic area you can see the sea, the Strait of Messina and Sicily.
The famous town of Tropea is only 15 minutes away by car, with its small alleys, old buildings, restaurants, shops, museums and beautiful beaches.

The centre of the small village is 500 metres away, where you can find a bakery, market, pharmacy, petrol station and bar. In 5 minutes you can reach supermarkets, restaurants, shops.
Nearby there are also producers selling typical products, olive oil, fruit and vegetables, cheeses, wines.

The Casetta Papavero is on the ground floor and is a portion of a semi-detached house. It has an independent entrance, a veranda with table and chairs, and garden sun loungers. It overlooks the playground.

- hallway with built-in wardrobe
- bathroom with shower cubicle
- romantic double bedroom with orthopaedic mattress
- outside there is also a washing machine and outdoor shower with hot water and a barbecue

Outside the Casetta Papavero you can relax in the large garden or sunbathe on your sun loungers.
For our little guests, there is also a playground, with slides, swings, football goal, volleyball court, basketball hoop, playhouse.
And a small farm, with chickens, rabbits and a small dog.

The entrance to the property has an electric gate and covered parking.
In the panoramic area of the property there is a large in-ground salt pool, with a view of the sea and the Strait of Messina; it is fenced off for the safety of our young guests.
The pool and playground are shared with 2 other families.

Although the Casetta Papavero is close to services and the sea, it is in a very quiet and peaceful area.
Ideal for those who love greenery and tranquillity.
Inside the property there are outdoor spaces for adults, where they can relax, and for children, who can play together safely (there is another cottage on the property).
The property is internally fenced.
