Nicht unser Traumdomizil

Das Häuschen ist ganz nett, leider durch die nahe Fabrik laut und es riecht nach Chemikalien. Bei Regen wird es im Inneren sehr schnell feucht und klamm. Dies führte bei uns zur vorzeitigen Abreise.

Haus mit viel Komfort

Haus mit uneinsehbarem Garten, modernes Badezimmer. Küche überkomplett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Service vor Ort, auch in deutscher Sprache. Die Papierfabrik in der Nähe stört nur wenig und eher selten. Wir empfehlen eigene Bettwäsche mitzubringen und eigene Messer. Die Vorhandenen sind stumpf und nicht mehr zu bearbeiten. Ansonsten gerne wieder.

Les seuls derangements ont été les odeurs de papier provenant de l'usine et le bruit des canalisations de la salle de bain tres present depuis les chambres. Elle reste une maison agreable dans bel environnement parfaitement situee entre le bourg et la plage.

Das Ferienhaus ist modern eingerichtet, lässt aber an einigen Stellen an Zweckmäßigkeit zu wünschen übrig. Die Pflege des Hauses/Grundstückes vor Ankunft war eher mangelhaft.

Zeer mooie vakantie woning

Ideaal voor de rustzoeker, gelegen in een residentiele wijk en toch dicht bij de oceaan en de meren. Auto is wel nodig om Mimizan Plage vlot te bereiken. Zowel in het dorp als aan de stranden zijn er voldoende parkings. De slaapkamers zijn zeer mooi ingericht met voldoende opberging. Matrassen waren zeer goed. De leefruimte is groot en voorzien van comfortabele zetels en grote tafel met een doorgeef naar de keuken met voldoende gerei. Enig minnetje is debiet van de douche. Heerlijke woning.

Casa para disfrutar del jardín

Todo perfecto. Espacio del salón muy amplio, todo limpio y muy funcional. En la cocina (por ponerle una pega al alojamiento, pondría una tabla para cortar los alimentos). Pero como digo la casa tiene de todo. Hay un camino peatonal que se comparte con la gente que va en bici, que te lleva a Mimizan Playa y a Mimizan Pueblo. Para darse unos paseos está estupendamente.

Superbe maison pour des vacances en famille. Maison fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu'il faut comme équipement. Terasse agréable pour manger. Proche des plages et du bourg.
