The holiday apartment is 102 m² large and offers space for up to 8 people. The holiday apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower and WC, a separate WC and a furnished terrace or balcony. You sleep in 3 comfortable double beds. Additionally, a double sofa bed is available in the living area.



The open kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped: cutlery and (cooking) crockery are available, a ceramic hob, oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment are also part of the equipment, as are a toaster, kettle and a coffee machine.

A small ALPS RESORTS starter set with dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid (sample), sponge, bin bags, cleaning and dish cloth is ready for your arrival.



Highlights: The holiday region of Schladming-Dachstein knows how to enchant with its breathtaking scenery. At Alpenrock Schladming, you spend your holiday amidst these wonderful natural landscapes. The ski slope is only 200 m away. In the main building, you have access to a wellness area with sauna and relaxation room, as well as a communal room.

Super Ambiente

Das Ambiente in dieser Wohnung ist wirklich zum Wohlfühlen! Es gab ein paar Instandhaltungsdefizite und die Küchenausstattung ist ungenügend. Wir haben dies der Agentur mitgeteilt und auch prompt eine Antwort erhalten, dass man sich der Mängel umgehend annehmen wollte. Wenn sich nun um alle Punkte gekümmert wird, dann ist das Objekt eine erstklassige Wahl.

Die Einrichtung und Größe ist sehr schön, die Möglichkeit zu haben bei schlechtem Wetter in die Sauna zu gehen ist super! Um 9 Uhr schon kam das Reinigungsteam und wollte rein, obwohl Check out um 10 Uhr ist!

Die Lage ist super. Die Entfernung zur Piste ist nicht weit und zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Personen und es hat jeden sehr gut gefallen.

Super Lage, aber nicht alles optimal für den Preis

Die Lage ist super. Supermarkt um die Ecke, der 7Tage die Woche auf hat. Die Skipiste ist direkt gegenüber. Den Kühlschrank besser reinigen, da waren Butter oder Fettflecken in der Tür bei der Ablage. Die Eierablage war kaputt. Meine Schwiegereltern 60+ sind mit der manuellen Kaffeepresse nicht klargekommen und Kapselkaffee trinken sie nicht. Einen Wiederverwendbaren Kaffeefilter wäre gut gewesen. Ebenso ein Staubsauber im Appartment wäre gut. Es könnte mehr Licht installiert werden. Im Flur wären Haken zusätzlich zur Garderobe gut. 6 Personen haben doch recht viel aufzuhängen. Das Garagentor war defekt und konnte nicht geschlossen werden und stand permanent offen.
