We had a great stay at Barrett’s Landing. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was easy to work with and made everything smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely come back.

Beautiful home with great deck on the beach. We had 2 grandparents, 8 parents, and 13 grandkids and had a great time. The property is right on the beach which is great for the kids going back and forth with breaks to the house. Fort Morgan is private and perfect place for family vacation away from all the traffic in gulf shores. We grilled out for most dinners. Bought some fresh snapper in town. Hope to come back next year.

Barrett’s Landing was FANTASTIC. Our family of 15 had a great stay. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The decor was also very nice. The kitchen was well-stocked and having two full size refrigerators was such a bonus. We could all sit together in the kitchen for meal times. There was also a sitting area upstairs which was a great area for the kids to hang out in and play. The wrap-around porch provides a perfect view. We saw multiple dolphins from the balcony. The wooden beach walk takes you close to the water, so you don’t have to haul beach chairs, unbrellas, etc. so far when you want to spend time on the beach. Also, there were extra chairs and two canoe/kayaks that guests can use. The shower under the house and hose on the beach walk made cleaning up easy. There is a big charcoal grill downstairs which is also very convenient. My family kept commenting positively about all of the little extras and the smart design of the home that made things so much easier and more relaxed. Corey was easy to each and very accommodating. Check-in was very easy as was check-out. We actually booked this house later than usual. We had booked with a rental company and they cancelled on us. They were also not very helpful in helping us book a replacement. We are so glad that didn’t work out. Barrett’s Landing was nicer, bigger and less expensive than the first place we booked. We really enjoyed renting directly from Corey rather than going through an agency. 5 Stars!

What makes this property unique

This is a very unique property. It is not one of these large boxes being built on the beach. It is an original gem with a fresh remodel. We have Real oak floors, spectacular views and a more private experience.
