Erica ... Erica es mi hija! Solía ser pequeño ... ¡ya no tanto! Lavandera. Pues el pájaro. Sandpiper de Erica? ¡Tu nueva casa de playa favorita en Gulf Shores!

Esta espaciosa casa de lujo le brinda su propia piscina privada cubierta añadida a una casa ya fabulosa.

Erica’s Sandpiper tiene las ocho habitaciones, sí OCHO, ¡situadas en una sola planta! Buscando el hogar perfecto para su reunión familiar o reunión, no busque más. Esta hermosa casa tiene capacidad para 24 personas (K, K, K, K, Q y Q, Q, D y D, T y T, 2 SS).

Outstanding beach house!

We loved, loved, LOVED the beach house and we're considering making this an annual trip if not every other year. If you'll have us, that is. In fact, I talked it up so much to my family, another vacation may be in the works with the fam as well! I so wanted to take advantage of your booking discount however I wasn't sure of everyone's availability. Thanks again for allowing us to stay & we truly hope to have the opportunity to stay again. Erica's Sandpiper was... remarkable!

We have stayed in Gulf Shores, AL with Bama Beach Houses three times now in the past several years at three different beach houses. The last two houses were one level houses, Summertide and Erica's Sandpiper. Both of those houses have eight (8) bedrooms. We had no problems at any of their houses, the management company was responsive when contacted (entry code did not work once), and the owners were also very responsive. Our stay this year at Erica's Sandpiper was remarkable. Plenty of room for our crew of nineteen (19), big kitchen with two (2) refrigerators, bathrooms en-suite in each bedroom, large rectangular heated pool under the house, easy access to the beach. We already are looking forward to returning next year. [🥰 Wow! Thank you so much Doug! We really appreciate you and your family staying in our homes! Glad you all had a fantastic time at each location, and that you found Erica's Sandpiper to be a remarkable stay! I really appreciate you all honoring us with your repeated patronage, and taking the time to share your experience too! Glad you are already locked in for next year as those houses are full already for a year away! 🤪 We are here for you if you need anything at all. Have a great year, and see you next year! 🙏]

Great place for a group

We had a great time staying in Erika's Sandpiper. There was plenty of room to spread out and each room has its own bathroom which is fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked with mixers, pans, bowls, a toaster, etc and had 2 refrigerators which helped out a lot with a big group. Plenty of parking for our cars and a great space underneath with the pool area. We will definitely come back!

Family vaca

We absolutely loved our stay at Erica’s. The house is beautiful and I have to say the pictures online really don’t do the house justice. We were in awe when we arrived! So much space and beauty! The house was clean. The pool was clean (and just a great asset for our family). We loved the deck, the short trip to the beach and we all just had a great vacation. Thank you!

The location and property was excellent.

Our family decided for the first time to have Christmas away from home and on the beach. Erica’s Sandpiper provided us with a great location, access to the beach and restaurants and a cozy home to spend time together when it was a little chilly outside this time of year.

A great 40th

We celebrated our 40th anniversary with extended family. The house was perfect for our needs. It was far enough from condos to not have a big beach crowd but an easy drive to town. We had two small things we needed fixing. We called first night and they were fixed the next morning. We left a couple pieces of clothing. They found them before we even missed the and mailed them. It was great!

Great vaca

The house was great. We have a large family and everyone had their own space. Kitchen had almost everything you need. It is only a short walk to the beach! And the heated pool was great for the little ones and adults of an evening.

Very happy campers at Erica's Sandpiper

Very happy with our stay. A few minor things that I made host aware of. Broken table on back porch (side was chipped), trash can in the kitchen was the same. There was a tropical storm while we were there, some rain blew in the sliding doors, small enough to clean up with a towel, and microwave quit working after slight power surge during the storm. Host was very attentive throughout stay. House was beautiful and pvt beach access was the best!!!

Wonderful beach house

We loved staying at Erica’s Sandpiper. It was in a beautiful, quiet spot right on the gulf. Far enough away from the crowds, but close enough to make grocery store runs or go out to eat. The inside had plenty of space and was very clean.

Great stay

House was great for our family. Tons of bedrooms and each had an en suite bathroom though some bathrooms and showers are fairly small so take that into consideration when deciding who sleeps where:) The house was well appointed though there is a bit of wear and tear. Nothing that hindered our enjoyment or wouldn’t be expected from a house being steadily rented. We loved the layout with the central kitchen and two separate sitting / living rooms. Location is fabulous and can’t be beat; the beach is nice and quiet. We had no problems at all during our stay and the check in process / emails made things very easy. We would recommend the house and the rental company.

Wonderful stay at Erica's Sandpiper

It was wonderful trip! So many memories made. And the house was perfect, everyone could have some privacy when the needed and we loved the 2 living areas. We sure added more laughter into walls and ceilings. I am positive that you will be hearing from us again for another trip. We did not have need to contact the local Mgt Co. So evidently they did good.... Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Loved the one level layout!!! Lots of room. The beach area was quiet and private. Hosts were caring and checked on us. Definitely would stay here again! A great experience all around!

Family Vacation 24

The house layout is great for a big family. The location is perfect and the pool area was nice. We loved having a bathroom for every bedroom. It was clean at check-in. Suggestions would be new mattresses, new couches and tall chairs for the balcony.

It was a great week. We had four generations of our family there. We have been going to Gulf Shores as a family for 34 years. I think we have been renting this house for 11 or 12 years. Family and friends vacation 2024

We absolutely loved Erica’s Sandpiper. The one story layout was great for some of the older family members to get around. The bedroom layout with each having its own bath was perfect. And there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We had some great days out on the deck and easy walks to the beach, which is why we go. Even enough space for card games and puzzles. Definitely recommend

Really enjoyed Erica's Sandpiper

We really enjoyed our stay last summer. All of the upgrades were noticed and greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping us with the lock issue. The people that fixed it were very friendly and responsive to the problem. Thank you! We will be back in 2025!

Perfect!

Our stay was perfect! Weather and water were beautiful all week and the house was perfect for our family! We have been renting houses in the Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores area for 30+ years now and Erica's Sandpiper is officially my favorite. The location and accommodations can't be beat! The new deck was great. We also enjoyed getting to sit on the deck and watch the wedding at the Egret this week. (We stayed at the Egret last year and moved to Erica's Sandpiper this year due to the wedding party having already booked the Egret for this year). The house was very clean when we arrived and we did not have any issues arise during our stay so we did not have any contact with the management company. Love having all of the childproof gates on the porches and around the pool. This is especially helpful for containing my rambunctious 4 year old (we have a pool at home as well so we are always conscious of his whereabouts when outside, but the gates with locks that he can't open are a nice added peace of mind). We will definitely be back to Erica's Sandpiper in the future! Due to some family health issues that have recently arisen, we are not able to pin down vacation dates/plans for next summer yet, but even if not next year, we will for sure be back!

Erica's Sandpiper is a very cool option. It, along with my Summertide home, are likely the only 8 bedroom homes with all 8 bedrooms on the same floor! Can't quite afford my homes with elevators but have some mobility concerns? Single floor!

Erica's Sandpiper, by the way, is RIGHT NEXT DOOR to my Egret home (6 bedroom, also single story), so if you need more room to spread out, rent both (if either is even available... these go fast!).

And, hey, play "find Erica," as there is a picture, or two, of her in the home... :-)
