Erica ... Erica es mi hija! Solía ser pequeño ... ¡ya no tanto! Lavandera. Pues el pájaro. Sandpiper de Erica? ¡Tu nueva casa de playa favorita en Gulf Shores!

Esta espaciosa casa de lujo le brinda su propia piscina privada cubierta añadida a una casa ya fabulosa.

Erica’s Sandpiper tiene las ocho habitaciones, sí OCHO, ¡situadas en una sola planta! Buscando el hogar perfecto para su reunión familiar o reunión, no busque más. Esta hermosa casa tiene capacidad para 24 personas (K, K, K, K, Q y Q, Q, D y D, T y T, 2 SS).

El Sandpiper de Erica se encuentra directamente en la costa del Golfo. Lo único entre usted y el Golfo es la playa y, por supuesto, su propia piscina privada cubierta y la espaciosa cubierta delantera del Golfo.

House was in a perfect location. Right on the beach, no crowds. Loved that each room had its own bathroom! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. I wish there would have been some beach chairs anda grill available

🥰 Wonderful, Dana! So glad Erica's Sandpiper was the perfect spot for you — right on the beach, no crowds, and that balcony overlooking the ocean is just the best, isn't it? And an en-suite bathroom for every room? Total game-changer with a group — no morning traffic jams! On the beach chairs and grill: we'd love to leave those out, but as we note in the listing (and a few times in our pre-trip info), chairs can't stay on the beach overnight around here — the local "Leave Only Footprints" rule sweeps them away! And people aren't great about bringing them in, so they disappear. Often what I'll do for those, or a grill, if one hasn't been 'inherited' from prior guests at the place, is just grab some inexpensive chairs, an umbrella, even a kettle grill from one of the local stores — even the big box stores — they're usually well stocked. Thank you so much for the 5-star review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Any other suggestions for Erica's? Or ready to set up a return? I'd love to hear from you. Thanks so much for staying in our home! 🏖️

We had a wonderful stay. The house and property were beautiful and well maintained and the beach was absolutely perfect. We had a minor inconvenience during our stay, which was handled quickly and professionally. We will be sure to recommend this property to others and visit again next time we’re in Gulf Shores!

We all loved Erica's Sandpiper

Our family of 20 people had a great time. Everyone was pleased with the accommodations and with Gulf Shores. We had a lot of fun. You sure do have some great storms on the Gulf, and when it rains, it really rains. All in all you get 5 stars from me. Thank you for a great family vacation.

The location and property was excellent.

Our family decided for the first time to have Christmas away from home and on the beach. Erica’s Sandpiper provided us with a great location, access to the beach and restaurants and a cozy home to spend time together when it was a little chilly outside this time of year.

We really enjoyed this house it was conveniently located and very toomy. We especially enjoyed the pool area. Would stay again and recommend it.

Erica's Sandpiper is a very cool option. It, along with my Summertide home, are likely the only 8 bedroom homes with all 8 bedrooms on the same floor! Can't quite afford my homes with elevators but have some mobility concerns? Single floor!

Erica's Sandpiper, by the way, is RIGHT NEXT DOOR to my Egret home (6 bedroom, also single story), so if you need more room to spread out, rent both (if either is even available... these go fast!).

And, hey, play "find Erica," as there is a picture, or two, of her in the home... :-)
