The second floor provides a cozy secondary living area complete with a sectional sofa, TV and kitchenette — perfect for multi-generational families or kids needing their own space.

Upstairs, the third floor serves as the hub of the home, featuring a chef-inspired kitchen with dual refrigerators, dual dishwashers, stainless steel appliances, and a reverse osmosis water filtration system. Gather around the massive island for family meals or unwind in the living area that opens to a 500 sq. ft. covered balcony with sunset views. A half bathroom and the first of two laundry rooms are located on this level for guests convenience

- Bedroom 5 (3rd Floor): King bed, TV, private bath with tub/shower combo
- Bedroom 6 (3rd Floor): King bed, TV, private ADA-compliant bath with roll-in shower

About Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Policy 

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older to reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.
