The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
•Leave any slept-in beds unmade so our cleaning team knows which linens were used. •Place used towels in the laundry basket in the laundry room. •Return all TV remotes to their original spots.
•Bag all trash and place it in the outdoor trash cans by the garage. NO LOOSE TRASH IN BINS. Please ensure bear-safe straps are secure. •Failure to do so will result in a $50 fine.
•Return any moved furniture to its original place. •Double-check for all personal items so nothing is left behind. •Start dishwasher for any remaining dirty dishes used
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
*The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded at anytime unless approved. *Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. includes inside and outside of home.
*No smoking or vaping inside the cabin or outside on any of the decks. *Indoor smoking will result in a $300 dollar fine
* No fireworks or illegal activity.
