Regarding cleanliness, we ensure every property is thoroughly cleaned before each stay. When you informed us about the hot tub, we sent a housekeeper to clean it. Photos show the hot tub was clean before your arrival, and the condition reported could only result from use. We understand there may have been a miscommunication and aim to resolve concerns fairly. Initially, a charge was applied for observed damage, but we reversed it after investigating the hot tub’s design issues. You assured our GM that the refund was sufficient. We are disappointed you felt unsatisfied despite our efforts. We aim to ensure a great experience and wish we could have left you with better memories.
