Welcome to the Jagahäusel in Jochberg near Kitzbühel. <br>A cozy little vacation apartment with approximately 45 square meters of living space, consisting of a living-dining room with an open kitchen, a walk-in closet with access to the bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.<br>The vacation apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and sleeps 2+2. The bedroom features a double bed, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. For the winter, there is a ski storage area and a boot room.<br>The apartment is located right next to (approx. 80 m from) the ski lift in Jochberg (Wagstättbahn, 8-person gondola with heated seats). From here, you’ll be exploring the multi-award-winning Kitzbühel ski area. You can also walk to the nearby supermarket and butcher shop for groceries. Several different restaurants and an après-ski bar are located in town and are within walking distance. <br>In the summer, many alpine huts are open to the public and offer food and drink. The numerous short and long hiking trails, ranging in difficulty, are also directly accessible.

Beautiful clean apartment .Wonderfully close to the lift. The host, “Gitti”, is fantastic, greeting morning and evening, happy to have a chat and make sure everything is going well.We will return.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Man kann von Jochberg aus super wandern. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und freundlich. Alles super.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Eine sehr schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Das Bad ist neu renoviert und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Zum Skilift sind es 100Meter. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Woche war traumhaft.

Toller Skiurlaub

Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Unser Zimmer war Top. Alles liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch super. Zu Fuss ist man nicht 3-4 Min am Skilift. Das Skigebiet ist traumhaft und riesig. Klare Weiterempfehlung. Vielen Dank
