Private: property 1'037 m2, large garden, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 110 - 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 2.4 km, sandy beach "Puerto Blanco" 1.3 km. Nearby attractions: Peñon de Ifach 6 km, Aqualandia 25 km, Terra Mitica 35 km, Aeropuerto El Altet Alicante-Elche 75 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
