The Grinev bungalow in Calpe has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located in a quiet residential area with a communal swimming pool.



Layout of the property:



The accommodation is 120 m² and has beautiful sea and mountain views. Facing south-east, the bungalow has two floors, a main floor with an air-conditioned living-dining room, a kitchen open to the living room with a small gallery where the washing machine and water heater are located, a guest bathroom with toilet and sink, and a beautiful terrace with lovely open views where you can watch beautiful sunsets. Going down some internal stairs, we reach the bedroom area where we find the master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to a terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning, and the third bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. On the lower floor, there is also a full bathroom with a shower.



Outside the bungalow:



With a plot of approximately 200 m2, at the entrance to the property there is an enclosed parking area and another open area at the door of the property (2 parking spaces in total). There is a terrace off the living room and another terrace on the ground floor which can be accessed from inside the property or via external stairs. The house has a portable barbecue.



It has a communal pool area with a children's pool for the little ones, showers and an area with sun loungers and parasols (check opening hours, dates and capacity). The residential complex has a total of 18 bungalows, but only 14 use the communal pool, making it a very peaceful and quiet place.
